5.2 One-Time Purchase & Update Policy
If you purchase a plan:
- The purchase grants you the ability to create and use your Unicard
- However, after one (1) year from the date of creation or last update, any further updates or modifications to your Unicard may require an additional payment.
👉 Continued use without updates may remain accessible, but editing may be restricted behind a paid plan.
5.3 No Refund Policy
All payments made are:
- Final
- Non-refundable
- Except where required by applicable law
6. Service Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but:
- We do not guarantee continuous, error-free, or secure operation
- The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time
7. Intellectual Property
The Unicard platform, design, branding, and technology are owned by Bandico Ventures. Users retain ownership of the content they upload. By using Unicard, you grant us a limited license to:
